  We ordered dark chocolate maze and banoffe e intricacy. Felt the dishes are too hyped. Ofcourse the presentation of the food is great. Dark chocolate wasn’t dark and the banoffee one did not have much of a coffee flavour. But the cakes were soft. Even one becomes very heavy to eat, so go with a group if you want to taste more. Also, found the service to be slow. The stand up comedy act by a group (which is usually held on Sunday evenings) was annoying.

  Came to Let’s Souffle in the evening and I had been dying to come here because of the entire Souffle Pancake hype. Its a small place located beside JNC. Has a cute ambience and is very cozyThe staff is friendly and kind but the Soufflé Pancakes took A LOT OF TIME to make.We ordered 1 Berry Trap and 1 White Trap. The Berry Trap was definitely the better tasting out of the two. Loved the creme brulé anglaise. But sadly they weren’t cooked well which was slightly disappointing considering the amount of time it took for them to get prepared.It took them about 45-50 minutes to get the first one out and another 40 minutes for the second one. We kept on asking them and they kept on telling us it’ll take about 2-3 minutes, but clearly took much more.All in all, Let’s Souffle is a nice place, which has a very unique concept in Bangalore. If they work on their time of preparation/delivery and tweak their menu a little bit they can definitely attain perfection.

  A good place to satisfy your waffles craving .It’s a big outlet compare to other waffles places.They have a good sitting space . I have also heard that their is open mic on every Sunday . Should definitely witness that .Love the waffles and Ice tea here .We tried variety of waffle like :Red velvet wafflesCoffee waffles (Must try)Hazelnut waffles.Bubble ice tea.

  If you love fluffly pancakes, this is a place for you. They serve the pancakes one on another with a lot of toppings and amazing presentation. I really appreciate their patience and effort. Their cajun waffle fries is a must try. If you like it spicy go for peri peri waffle fries. Itheir waffles are really good too. I really like the portion size. If you are not a dessert person and you get a sugar rush easily, the portion size is just good for you. Their bubble iced teas are amazing. I tried peach and passion fruit bubble iced teas and both are great. If you dont like the taste of egg in your pancakes do not try it. Their dark chocolate waffle is really good too. The place is tiny, very nice and cozy, good to hangout with your buddies for some waffles and fries.

  On the busy lanes of Koramangala, you will find this cozy little place amidst numerous other eateries around. A mansion for pancake & waffle lovers, there is nothing that I could complain of this place. Started off with a bubble iced tea & a red velvet waffle. The waffles were so fresh and delicious, that I couldn’t resist from ordering the second one, but this time with a portion of waffle fries.This place makes one of the best pancakes; Banoffe Intricacy was what I ordered. The flavour of caramelized banana & caramel sauce stayed for a long time in my tastebuds.Overall experience: 4.5/5
