This review is low because they served my vegetarian friend a chicken patty burger instead of a veg patty burger. The server was literally unbothered about the overall situation and casually said it’s a mistake and that she will remove it from the final bill. Not even apologetic not even concerned and very impatient behaviour to the customer.
The ambiance of the place is really nice, however the hot chocolate was very bad. It tasted like cinnamon milk. Pancakes were okay. Overall an okay experience.
Visited the place for friend’s surprise birthday celebration considering it to be open till 1am as mentioned in Zomato. But after we reached, the staff didn’t agree to keep the cafe open till 12. If the time is changed please update in Zomato as well. We literally had to search for a place at midnight 12 for birthday celebration. Food was ok, the only reason to give a rating of 2.
Awesome food. Lovely ambience and courteous staff. Good place to hangout with friends.Must try their death by chocolate bubble waffle and brownie with ice cream.
