Dwara is quite near to my home in Kulai and we used to visit this restaurant often.Even now, we take the parcel of the Chaats and south Indian food ( sambhar, vada, masala dosa etc)The taste of each item is good here.My only issue with this place is the cleanliness of the plates customers gets served in.A few weeks ago, during my visit home, dad and I went there to have chaats.The plate in which they were served was so dirty ( there was leftover food at the edge of the plates!! ) we couldn’t finish our chat out of disgust!I would suggest people visiting here to try the takeaway instead of dining in!

Some restaurants feel general purpose, this one is among them. The veg restaurant facing the front and the non-veg bar & restaurant at the back. Food seems a bit overpriced but acceptable. Nice rooftop section with a surprisingly no smoking policy but has small stuffy smoking room at the back. As I said, your general run of the mill eatery.
Shree Dwara is located on NH 66, Chitrapura, Baikampady and they have been serving some mouth watering Veg and Nonveg food over the years, However their quality has come down over the time and it’s not the same.Service was good and time taken for our food to arrive was not long and staff were courteous too.Ambience is a general restaurant types with decent tables and comfortable chairs. The Pure Veg section is facing highway and backside is nonveg section. Earlier they had an AC section which is not there currently and now it’s a complete Non AC restaurant.I recently went to their Non Veg section and tried Anjal Tawa Fry, Prawns Masala Fry and Chicken Pepper dry, Chicken Mughlai and Butter Naan along with beers.• Chicken Pepper Dry -> Chicken Pepper dry was one of the delicious starter and went very well with our drink. There were lots of succulent pieces of chicken, capsicum, onions and spring onion leaves and taste was excellent.• Anjal Tawa Fry -> Anjal(Surmai) is one of the best fish to have when it’s fried either in rawa quoted, Tawa fried or masala fried however due to lack of fish’s freshness couldn’t really enjoy the Tawa Fry. The salad served with it was really good and that was finished in no time.• Prawns Masala Fry -> Prawns Masala Fry lacked the flavours. 8-10 medium-small sized prawns was nicely Masala fried but the there was no taste in the masala. This really needs an improvement.• Chicken Mughlai and Butter Naan -> This was mildly spiced thick green colored gravy with 4-5 chicken pieces. Taste was good and went really well with Butter Naan.Overall I had a good time with my cousin and best part it’s near to my house. They need lots of improvement in their Food quality to gain their old popularity back.
