Ayodha is a great place to try some authentic and yet unique Mangalorean vegetarian delicacies. We tried the cucumber idli (must try), pathrode, jackfruit gatti, goli bajji, jackfruit bonda, ragi manni and ragi jalebi. Most of the items were very tasty and unique to Ayodha. Owner of the place was very helpful in explaining all the items and helped us to select few of the dishes.Price is very reasonable and service was prompt.
What an amazing place for local breakfast & snacks.. we tried lots of items. I loved cucumber idli, pathrode, jackfruit gatti, goli bajje, jackfruit bonda, ragi jalebi & ragi manni.. their grape jalebis are popular too but we could not try them. Pricing is very cheap and the owner is a very sweet person. He helped us a lot in choosing the right snack. Lovely experience.
One of the oldest restaurants in Mangalore which serves authentic mangalorean vegetarian food.. Best place for breakfast if you are in Mangalore.. Jackfruit adde, garige, and cucumber idli are a must try.. Highly recommended if you wish to try mangalorean food..
Special meals served was cold!! Please give this place a miss !! Highly not recommended , heard good things about this but disappointed with the quality, quantity and the way it was served!
One of the oldest pure veg restaurants in Mangalore. You get authentic coastal food at this place. I like Pathrodde which is famous in Mangalore. Usually we prepare this in rainy season. But in this restaurant you find this in all season. Apart from this their chats also worth the try.
One of the worst restaurants I have seen in my life. Arrogant behaviour flowing down from the owners to the servers. Staffs starring at the girls around. Cheap servers. The ambience and surrounding is so unhealthy and disgusting.
Authentic GSB breakfast is available here. Great taste. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, hence we have to visit on Second & Fourth Saturdays. A must go for my family at least once in a month.
