  I have made a special request to send pudina chutney with kabab and to use boneless chicken but restaurant neglected it and cheated me by sending only chickens with more bones and the taste is very bad

  Visited this place on 8 Nov really very Good food and very friendly staff. Anjal masala fry was very best and tasty.Need to work on bondas ghee roast as it was ok type

  Hotel Thammana is a small and compact restaurant located at the basement level of City Point. This opened up a couple of months back, and since then, the number of customers are increasing as the days go by. They open at 11:30 AM and are open until 3:30 PM and then once again from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM. When it is lunch time, be prepared to wait because the restaurant will be jam packed. Thankfully, they have a small family room where families, or just a group of ladies can sit and enjoy their meal. Most of the customers come here to eat the Veg and Non Veg Thalis, and some even prefer eating their Biriyanis which are just as good and filling. On that particular day, we had eaten1. Gobi Manchurian – No matter which type of restaurant I visit, I always have a habit of ordering an appetizer. Most of them time it will be a soup or perhaps a type of Manchurian. On that particular day, we had ordered for Gobi Manchurian. Once again, the portion is quite generous and I feel 3 people could share one plate. The Gobi was slightly over fried, so even while eating it, we could feel a burnt taste in our mouth. I am sure if it was not burnt, the taste would have been better. The reason I had ordered this was because I had ordered Vegetable Fried Rice as my main course. 2. Vegetable Fried Rice – Being a vegetarian, when I visit restaurants where Non – Veg is given more preference, I tend to eat some type of rice or noodles. The Vegetable Fried Rice was loaded with carrots, beans and spring onions. There was not a lot of soya sauce, so the colour of the rice was not dark. The quantity is a lot, so two people can share one portion. 3. Chicken Biriyani – I could see that a lot of customers had ordered Chicken Biriyani for lunch. It is served in a small steel bowl and on the side, one can find two small katoris of Raitha and Gravy which are given as accompaniments with the Biriyani. There were two pieces of Chicken and my friend told me that it was bursting with so many flavors as she took each bite. As my friend was eating it solo, she had to pack the remaining home as it was too much for her. The quantity is sufficient and I would suggest order more than one portion if you have come in a huge group. In spite of it being crowded, the food was served quickly. The waiter was courteous while taking the order, serving the food and asking us if we wanted to order anything else.In the evening, they have snacks such as Samosa, Puffs, etc. – Yet to try – but heard it is good.I feel the prices are a bit too expensive and it doesn’t balance out with the quantity of the food. No doubt, you will definitely feel full after your meal. I would suggest you visit Hotel Thammana for lunch /dinner with your colleagues, friends or family. Food: 3/5Ambiance: 3/5Service: 5/5
