Had been there for dinner on 27th april with family and was given a corner table but to my surprise AC was not working at all, called the captian to inform this but did not pay any heed to the discomfort. Finally when situation became unberable asked them to pack the food ordered and left the place.
Jazz is a quite place to spend a peaceful weekend with some beer and good food. I went with my friends and it’s not a kind of place where you can expect some loud music. It has a very hush hush ambience and feel. Food is above average especially jalapeno poppers were too good.Ambience – 3/5Food – 3.5/5
We were there today to watch an IPL match. When we arrived there around 8:15pm, we were the only table to be served. Even then, it took an hour to serve an appetiser. Horrible service for a top end hotel and restaurant. Just had to leave the place with a very bad taste in our mouth!!
I had been here long back. I liked the place, the interiors are good. This suits for the in house guests. However, the service is really bad. The Mangement was rude. Since Mangalore has other better opions, I would definitely try some other place.
Been there around 3 years back . It’s a nice place , with a very good ambience , food is above average , and service is good ,good place to hand around in mangalore
We cannot tell it as a complete lounge.. It’s a open place,its like the chairs and tables are set in a hall.. music is also not good. It’s not comfortable to sit. And it’s not dark by the way.. Decided not to visit again !
A nice lounge to relax, it’s the place to be if you like a quiet evening with friends with lot of conversation and soothing live smooth jazz in the background. They serve really good finger food. The seating is different with plush sofas and coffee tables. It’s the place to be if you’re in mid sized groups with lots of conversations(eg. Business meeting crowds) with alcohol and good food.
