If you know your drink well, then you will realise what they serve you here is very odd. Premium Scotch tastes hard, bitter. Having tasted the finest spirits for over two decades, I seriously suspect the quality of alcohol that is served at the Ocean Pearl. No complaints about the food and hospitality otherwise, I must mention.
