  Had a very disappointing experience here.This place does not have even the slightest bit of professionalism. Store staff spoke extremely rudely, does not respond to text, and then complains when given a call to!Now let’s come to the cake itself. The writing on the cake was extremely bad, smudged and amateurish. (picture below) We had to eventually send the cake back for it to be redone. The only saving grace was that the delivery guy was kind enough to take it back, and get it redone, without question. The proprietor, on the other hand, refused to take our calls, did not even apologise or commit to providing a return.To top it all off, after paying am exorbitant amount for the cake, they charged 90/- for delivery, for 1 km!Spoilt half of my day dealing with this. I strongly recommend against ordering here, these people are not professional. They speak rudely, offer poor service and ultimately is not worth the money you will spend there.

  I had a last minute order for a customized cake for my aunt’s 75th birthday. I reached out to Chocoberry – Priya on Sunday evening for a Monday afternoon delivery. They suggested some really good design options for the cake. After selecting one, Chocoberry not only managed to fulfill the order an hour before the scheduled time, but the delivery guy was also very good. He actually assembled the cake for us as per the design. The cake was very tasty, chocolate truffle. Best of all, my aunt loved the cake. I would happily order again from Chocoberry.

  I’ve been a regular customer to this place and they never disappoint you. Be it any crazy cake idea or photos to whatever, they replicate the exact same thing very beautifully. And the taste is always at its BEST. Priya has always been very helpful while responding to messages or giving ideas for your order or helping you with a last moment request 🙂
