Those were the times when a guy asked a girl out on a date and took her to CAFE COFFEE DAY, it surely meant he was interested in her! Times when you felt rich and wanted to have some great coffee,CCD it was and when you wanted to just chill with your friends CAFE COFFEE DAY was the most happening place! To relive all these moments,I recently went to CCD with a mindset to have some good coffee,but as usual there was a SUNDAE menu and you know what happened next! I ordered the CARAMEL TOFFEE SUNDAE. Vanilla icecream with crunchy base and caramel popcorn to top it! It was a delight to have it with all the nostalgic memories *I feel old* I loved the base which is a caramel crunch and digestive biscuit mixture! The caramel popcorn was a bit soggy! Over all it was different and the quantity is pretty good! It costed me 130rs, and flashback of some good old memories! I think it’s worth it! Isn’t it !?
I had just placed an order for angara tandoori paneer worth Rs.141/- & i had clearly mentioned not to add cabbage which they didn’t oblige. Anyways that was still fine but the taste was just horrible. Bread & filling was super dry, no adequate paneer, no taste. Regret buying !!!
I want to give a special recommendation to Coffee Day, Balmatta branch. I ordered a Chocolate pastry and Veg cutlets for my mom’s bday all the way from Canada via the Zomato app. They delivered the food promptly and mom enjoyed her yummy mid morning treat! Thank you Coffee Day!
These outlet in Mangalore has fulfilled all my cravings with baby #2. Choco fantasy, Smoked Chicken Sandwich , Crushy Frappe & Devil’s own are my favourites and always I prefer to have .
Have been to this place a few times as its near my house and close to the college i used to go to.tjose days this place was very busy but now u can manage to get place.A gud place to sit down over a cup or coffee or pastry.I thought they would serve me at the table but it was slfelf service.. just4tastebuds.blogspot.com
This is the oldest CCD in mangalore for sure as I remember I was in school and had so many school treats here this place also had a jukebox where we could request for our songs.service also is good.
