Today I visited Moriz Restaurant with my friend. I Really had a great experience of fine dining today. Moriz is a fine dining restaurant and major part of attraction is ambiance and top quality food. So let’s talk about Ambiance, Food and Service.Ambiance: A proper lighting which is not too dim not too dull, a perfect contrast which is the centre of attraction and most important thing you will get good atmosphere which will make you feel like you are at luxury place although seating arrangement is perfect for dining with cleanliness and you will get good music too . So for ambiance I will give 5/5.Food: let’s talk about menu, In menu there are several section like veg and non veg and several cuisine as well plenty of desserts and drinks as well. So today I ordered some starters from which I really liked prowns starter as well broccoli starter. Prawns were properly cleaned and perfectly crisp fried and broccoli was perfectly moistened, cooked and well balanced with flavors. Then I had main course from which I really appreciate the taste of panner kulcha and Kashmiri pulab, panner kulcha had perfect filling and that aroma of the Kashmiri pulab was amazing. Now it’s time for desserts, so in desserts I had gulab jamun which was the best gulab jamun I had in banglore I really appreciate the quality then I had fruit salad and also I had one faluda, faluda is the speciality of this restaurant. So for food I will give 5/5.Service: I really appreciate the hospitality of the person who attended us today. I would say the speed of service and quality of service was really amazing and appreciable. So for service 5/5.Overall palace is perfect of fine dining and I really liked elegance of this place and if I talk about cost I would say cost is reasonable. As we all know Moriz restaurant chain is famous in banglore I would like to recommend this place for fine dining.
