I took Masala Dosa and its one of the best dishes at this hotel but to my bad the sambar and chutney had some weird taste not upto the mark and even Dosa was not cooked like usual and had the raw batter aroma. I had never had such bad experience till now!It spoiler my whole meal totally!
Didn’t even eat there. They are not worried about losing customers. We waited for almost 20 min due to busy hours. But when we managed to get a place, an arrogant staff named Raju, came and ordered us to adjust with another table where already a person was eating and when we questioned, why should we sit there when a table is available, he started talking rudely saying words like, have food and go etc, and others instead of stopping him asked us to ignore him. Are they paying for food on behalf of customers to tolerate them?

One of the oldest restaurants and serves good food.
Service is not at all good. Food also not worth of money. Waiters are too bad in servicing. Getting angry on customers, not co operative. If one order is given , it comes half an hour late. If we ask for water also they get angry. All of them look like they had a fight 10 min before. Overall, if you want to try go and come disappointed.
