Authentic North Indian style food at student friendly rates. The food is incredibly tasty, especially the veg items. One of the few places in NIAS main road, where the cuisine is both veg and non-veg friendly. One can have meals daily. The place gets too crowded during lunch/dinner hours. Better go early or late for better service.Must try: Double egg roll, Bhindi Dry fry, Dal Fry, Dal tadka, Aloo pyaaz paratha, omelette, chicken tikka masala, lassiMay wanna try: Egg chilly, Chicken masala, Dal makhani, all meals, paneer tikka masala, all ParathasShould never try: NoneFood: 4.5Pricing: LowService: 3.5Ambience: 2.5

Food: Ok, it’s more of a mess than a restaurant. Meals are Ok, only thing that they are spicy & oily sometime. Don’t know about the non-veg times. Parathas are good, given the price.Ambience: TV is on all the time. Sitting place is crowdy but manageable.Service: Good service, lots of waiters roaming around all the time.Price: Main USP of this place, cheap and huge quantity.

It is one of the very few places that serve authentic north indian food at a very reasonable price. Given the audience they cater to its futile talking about how hygienic their food is or how lavish the place is. But if you miss those dhaba’s and street side food joints in delhi or north india you can very well turn up at this place. They will serve you authentic parantha(not the south indian maida parota), good chappatis and well cooked north indian food. Good for both veg and non-veg. Well behaved staff. Overall, good ratings for this place from my side.

Given that the place is meant for students, I am not going to complain about the hygiene or the little cockroach that creeped my friend out. The food here is really good. Plain rotis and butter rotis with chicken dishes: a good, economic meal. The rotis are genuine. That itself, is an achievement. The Lemon Chicken is heavenly. We ordered another after tasting one and no, it was not an accident, the second was as good. The Garlic Chicken was good too. The Butter Chicken was ordinary but better than what you’d get at many over priced restaurants in the area. Students or no students, I found the food good. Going by the other reviews here, I probably should not try their other stuff.

Sasta and tikau. Don’t order anything other than their lunch and dinner thali because the rest look dangerous.
