This is a roll joint from the nearby Bengali restaurant, Kusum. This place serves tasty kolkata style kaati rolls. The chicken liver roll is especially good, if asked to make it spicy. The rolls are huge and very filling. The paratha they wrap it with is tasty and crispy. This is indeed the best filler of the kaati roll craving.Must try: Egg Liver roll(tell him to deep fry and make it spicy)Might wanna try: Egg chicken rollShould never try: NoneFood: 3.5Pricing: LowService: 3.5Ambience: 2

Rolls served as amazing. There is no place to sit along with friends but there are 4 chairs. You can also take away as many do. Service is really quick. You’ll enjoy the taste. My fav is paneer roll.

Nice Kolkata style rolls are available but not as cheap as Kolkata of course. People from other parts of India may find it over-spicy but not us bengalees.

People living in IISc(Tata Institute) and Ramaiah College probably have had this rolls at least once. Its a kolkata style and reminds me of the rolls at Kolkata. The price is reasonable. The rolls are definately not the best, but if you are extremely hungry – you may like it.

Kusum Roll is a local buzzing place for their famous Kolkata styled rolls. I had been here more than two to three times when it was serving jointly with Kusum Restaurant, but the day before yesterday was the first time for me when the restaurant part has been shifted to some other location.Cost:They charge 60 rupees for egg-chicken roll which is a standard price for a Kolkata styled roll in Bangalore.Rating: 3.5/5Ambiance:There is no as such seating arrangements. This is a kiosk-kind of place, but they have only putted few chairs in front of their counter.Rating: 2.5/5Service:The service was quite fast, and you could also witness the whole roll making process while waiting for your roll.Rating: 3/5Food:Only tasted their egg-chicken roll. It was good, but still many improvements are required to taste like original Kolkata styled roll. The base paratha has to be improved. Next thing, they use shredded pieces of chicken, but the original Kolkata styled chicken roll uses chicken seekh kebabs. Overall, it was not bad.Rating: 3.5/5If you are from Kolkata and missing the roll badly and staying nearby, then without any doubt you can come to this place to fulfil your desire.

One of the few places that remind you of what college life tasted like. They’re known for their rolls. Try the butter chicken roll or double egg double chicken (whopper). Their meals are pretty decent and very pocket friendly. Forget ambience. Or hygiene.
