Stale mutton pieces only with skin & fat and no real mutton pieces in mindlessly spiced up rice- they call it mutton biriyani. Unbelievable that hotels even in so much competition, still don’t understand the seriousness of food quality, portion size. They still think they can fool customers or make some profit by giving leftover or gizzard like pieces. That also stale. Mutton fry was good.
