Ordered thru Zomato for a combo of masala dosa and idles as shown on the app. Instead got a small mini dosa and one single cold idly. Isn’t this cheating? Zomato didn’t help either
The food tastes really bad, I had ordered paneer Manchurian and the paneer was over cooks which made it crip and bad tasting and the masala’s were really bad as well I had a bad mouth until I eat a chocolate from outside and the same apply’s to the momos as well thick Maida not very impressive stuffing and the chutney was ugly tasting
The momos are so bad It is not even cooked properly
I ordered online chicken biriyani today it was very bad in taste and smell.. with three chicken pieces and full rice.. I thrown.. Very bad experience I asked customer care for refund Mr arun chatted with me he asked me do u know English.. I don’t know y.. I am telling my problem with proof.. I’m hurted.. Waste of money waste of time chatting with this kind of person.. Finally I didn’t have my dinner.. At this time I can’t order some other hotels also.. I’m sleeping with out food now.. I think I should quiet zomato.. If they was refunding or giving me credit I was feeling okay 🙁
I ordered thandor chicken half but chicken leg part is not there only 3pieces i am not satisfied with restaurant very bad service cheated not value for money, good concern from restaurant made me to edit this review..
its like I’m eating uncooked food , not at all going to order from here next time , plus everytime I have a complaint Zomato people are not taking it serious
