I ordered a cake to be delivered on 14/02/2019. The cake never got delivered on the promised date. On checking with the staff on chat they mentioned 52 hours of delay can be there for special day deliveries. My question is why? If they cannot handle the rush on a special day why accept orders for that day? Why was this not communicated while ordering or even after? Why was the customer not informed? On top of that when the cake got delivered the next day it is not the cake I ordered. There is no customer service as the numbers to be contacted are all time busy and they do not support any order cancellation. If there is so much limitation and so pathetic service why even run such a ecommerce business which does not fulfill basic needs. It is not that they charge any less. The charges are at par with any other vendor then why not the service and customer experience. Pathetic delivery. Terrible service. I will never ever order from this website again and will never recommend this is to anyone.
