Bhat’s Holige Mane a Karnataka’s traditional sweets maker established in the year 1987, it is 30 years of service, it is our honor. We are lucky to serve the people who are sweet lovers, in and around Bangalore city. We feel proud to say that our products are loved in abroad too. We don’t use maida in our holige or kajjaya as the studies say that maida is used extensively in sweets and that maida is not an easily digestible thing, and which will be stored in our body for longer duration, which may be a cause for our many diseases as it contains no fibers in it , that maida may only give a finishing look and smoothness to the sweet but dangerous to our health.
