#Top5 #5 recommendation for Pure Veg in Bangalore (Or exclusively for Gujarati people)Do you want to have some authentic Gujarati breakfast and snacks? Are you finding it hard to get that proper taste of Gujarati cuisine? This place is for you. I was passing by from this restaurant’s lane, I read in Gujarati Jay Jalaram, It caught my eyes before I read Bombay talkies written in English. I got surity that outlet must be maintained by gujarati family. Intuition went right. Irrespective of your food preference, Signature gujarati dishes are mouth watering for every one across the world. I have tasted Dhokla, Dabeli and few to name dishes almost everywhere in bangalore. I didn’t find it upto the mark. Max upto 80% of extent it was meeting original taste. And then I hoped down here to have a taste. They make best dabeli in the Bangalore. It meets almost 95% to Kutchi dabeli taste and 100% to the taste of rest of the Gujarat.Their meals are good too. It is a very small outlet with seating capacity of 10-12. This is one of the good outlets considering affordability for everyone. It’s kind of self service outlet, though you will be served at table in non-peak hours. Indeed, I’m giving 4.5/5 just for their food. Ambience and other things don’t matter when you have tasty and hygienic food in your plate.
The taste is decent. Authentic. However the portions are ridiculously small. It’s not smart strategy to bolster bottom line by serving portions that could provably be insufficient even for a primary school going child. For e.g the Misal with which he serves 2 pavs is probably enough for half a pac or at best one. They need to look at this seriously. People will find them out before long.
Tawa pulav was very tasty. Quantity of bhaji is very less. I had ordered two pav bhaji but I received only one bhaji and 2 pav. It was tasty too.
