Another famous spot in the jayanagar area, which is worth talking about for the yummy kachori, samosas and freshly made jalebi’s. Surely a must visit if your around jayanagar. Very reasonable pricing and worth the quantity and taste. Just like a street food joint, so not too great on the cleanliness and ambience. No seating either. The must try is the dahi samosa, dahi onion kachori and jalebi’s. Made fresh and taste just great with all the onion, dahi and chutneys!Haven’t tried out the other sweets and packed pickles, masala and snack they sell. I wish to try when I go around there again.
Small place right at the Icici bank signal in Jayanagar 3rd Block. This review is about the samosas and kachori they serve. Not the best in bangalore but definately one of the best you can have in Jayanagar area. Spicy alu filling in the samosa. Perfect for a rainy day . I give it 3.5 as it was just to the mark and nothing wow .. will update the review once i taste its other items.
Jalebis here are just perfectly crisp. Samosas are spicier than anywhere nearby. As it’s near to my work place we go grab these very often. Reasonable prices.
What can be better for pocket as well as your taste buds. Enjoy Pyaaz ki Kachori with dahi here. Post that treat your sweet tooth with some Khoya and sugar syrup filled Meethi Kachori. Need something spicy, try hot samosa with fried chillies. And don’t forget to buy some Rajasthani achar from here. All under 100 rs. Don’t believe me, visit them while you get tired from shopping at Jayanager BDA complex.
Tiny place near the signal in 3rd block very close to all the schools and colleges for obvious reasons. Will find many students eating there. Worth every penny and most of the food is quite tasty. If you try it then you might end up frequently visiting and taking snacks home from here. He also sells a lot of sealed/packed food from other states like Maharashtra Gujarat & Rajasthan. Mostly spicy stuff like pickles & chutneys. Also has packed Rosogollas & other sweets. Of course has all the regular north indian sweets. Mostly the quick hot filling snacks like plain kachori plain samosa vadapav are very popular & fastsellers & tasty stuff. Also try dahi kachori & dahi samosa as well. Its a must visit & must try in Jayanagar 3rd block.
Me and my wife were visiting Bangalore and were strolling around our hotel in the evening for and wanted a snack bite. That’s when we passed by this place. The aroma of samosas in hot oil pulled us to this place. We took 2 samosas dunked in hari chutney and imli chutney. The only thing we v were expecting was a proper north Indian taste. And it was bang on. Getting a taste of samosa that tastes like home was wonderful. I wish I had a day more in Bangalore, I’d love to have the Pyaz Kachori!!!
