The order was delivered incomplete. One vada-pav combo worth 140/- approx. was not delivered at all. Repeat calls to restaurant were attempts in futility. Even Zomato delivery boy also didn’t pick up the calls.
I ordered from Zomato, two sets of make your own vada pav. And two samosa. I received only one set of vada pav. When i asked the delivery he won’t buzz and asked me to pay for both sets. I paid for the set of vada pav i dint receive. So i lodged a complaint with Zomato chat bot. It’s weird. Why don’t you hire a more friendly staff. The food was really good. So why compromise on quality staff
