This place is lengendary. If bangalore has some ownable dishes then the capsicum bajji with grated carrots onions and coriander with lemon is probably the showstopper. And this place is the master of that bajji. If you’ve been around in the city and still not been here you are missing something. Quintessentially old bangalore. And the Alu bonda and balekayi bajji and chilli bajjis are epic. It had closed down for a year leaving ardent fans mighty disappointed. So glad to see it back.

The taste of the Bajjis and the Bondas is Lip-smacking​ I’d say. The Mirchi Bajjis in the place is just superb. I still remember the first time I had Mirchi Bajji from this place, all day long I was reminding myself of the Bajji’s taste. This place seems to be famous for its Mangalore Bondas also. Sri Annapoorna Bajji Center is a superb place for a quick, tasty snack.
I’m surprised to see Sri Annapoorna Bajji Center on Zomato. Kudos to Zomato for that. This places is famously known as ABC. In the busy market area of Jayanagar 9th block, this place serves one of the best bajjis in the city. They have all varieties of bajjis and my favourite here is the capsicum bajji. The taste lies in the filling they use and they’re generous with it, carrots, onions, lemon and green chutney. I also love the chilli bajji here. When I eat here I lose count of how many I ate. I keep having one of all types of bajjis and bondas but in the end the amount will still be in two digits. The shopkeeper exactly keeps the count. One of the best places to visit for an evening snack and its pocket friendly.

It feels really amazing when u refer a restaurant to Zomato and within a day its gets added.So a friend of mine one day told me if u really wanna try Bangalore food pls visit the old Bangalore and I decided to go Jayanagar. It was evening snacks time and my local friends suggested me this place. Was surprised to see so many people standing to get their perk and raising hands to get their order first and that itself proves how popular this place z.Really amazing Bajji stuffed with fresh salads and served to u in no time. They are very very famous for their capcicum Bajji, raw banana Bajji and yummy chutneys. Have never seen hot bajjis presented to u stuffed with fresh salad and a authentic secret masala. Yum yum yummmyyyy!!!!Please head to this place if u staying near by u will enjoy the food. It’s located centrally in Jayanagar 9th block market and exactly opposite to the med plus store.Food – tasty, 4.Presentation – 5, amazing and unique.Ambience – 3, crowdy and no place to seat.Value for money – 5.@annapoorna
