The cakes here are so sublime that we keep going back for more. It’s become a weekly ritual for us to pick up something from Lagom. Saturday evening coffee is incomplete without their treats. Must go place for anyone who has a sweet-tooth. Must try here are their muffins (my personal favourite is their raspberry and white chocolate muffin though the milk chocolate one is a very close second), blondies, cookies, lemon loaf and their speciality cupcakes. Their Japanese milk bread is so soft that it Melts in your mouth. If you have a special occasion coming up, please do give their baked to order cakes a try. They will not disappoint you! Tazeen really does have magic in her fingers and her cakes will attest to that and how!Lagom really is Lagom!
Lagom is my go to patisserie for pretty much everything. A birthday, a tea party, a casual lunch, they curate the best deserts for any occasion. I highly recommend Lagom, not only because they are baking masters but also because Saad and Tazeen are client masters. They make an effort to understand a client’s requirements and give excellent recommendations which is very important when you look at the overall experience. Can someone give them a Michelin rating already ?
I never liked salted caramel. I had the chocolate cupcakes with the salted caramel filling here and now I have a new liking for salted caramel and chocolate combination.In the white chocolate and raspberry muffin, raspberry was a bit sweeter than I expected. Whereas in the red velvet cupcake, the icing on top was creamy, soft and the ‘lagom’ of sweet to go with red velvet. We also had the babka. I will be visiting soon for cinnamon rolls and more, ran out of space in stomach this time.
The best bakery in Frazer town! Good variety of authentic cakes and desserts. It is my go to place for any bakery items in Frazer Town.
