I usually stop here just for 3 items;1. The Malida which is made of fried wheat roti’s that are than ground with sugar & mixed with grated coconut, chopped dry fruits & raisins.2. The chuabey ki puri which is a puri with a filling of grated coconut, chopped dry fruits & raisins.3. The Halwa puris which have a filling made up of channa ki dal ka halwa. All these items bring back memories of a bygone era, when all these items used to be made in our homes during wedding’s in Muslim households. On this visit I had some Malida & Chaubey ki puri & took some Halwa puri’s as parcel. So far, i have never dared to try their other delicacies. The interiors are neat & tidy. The prices are not over the top too.

Real impressive how these guys have grown from a small outlet in Shivajinagar too a chain of branches across Bangalore. Keep it up guys. Personally I like the Bengali Sweets here, the other sweets too are pretty good. The sweetened dahi in an earthen pot is out of the world and a must try for dahi lovers. I was surprised to see the Warky biscuits here which had kinda become extinct what with most of the bakers having stopped making this. This is the best biscuit with Chai.

Had a rasmalai and a mysterious pan shaped sweet. Both were awesome and authentic milky in flavor. Would definitely recommend this place to gift sweets for near and dear ones.

When driving through Frazer Town, it is rarely hard to miss this neon pink decked up sweet stall with blistering white lights. I guess the color scheme works because it kinda lures one to visit. As you step in and your eyes adapt to the lighting, you are kinda spellbound in the assortment of sweets that is on display. I was so intrigued by the varieties, the attention to detail and the cleanliness of it all. After pacing back and forth to pick our preferance, we decided to go with the rasmalai and moti choor laddos. The staff is courteous, offering free samples of a variety of spicy mixtures to their customers, a sweet gesture indeed. The sweets couldn’t look and taste any fresher. The rasmalai is my favorite sweet of all and this one did not disappoint. Perfectly shaped, juicy and rich malai swamped in sweet badam milk with slivers of dry fruit and strands of saffron, it looked gorgeous and tasted yum. The perfectly shaped moti choor laddoos were delightfully good. The best part of it all is that it is reasonably priced fresh sweets that is some what different from the other sweet dealers of the city and more importantly another option for sweet tooth lovers.
