The contact number of the hotel does not work. It states incoming call facility is not available for this number. Whatever request you put gets totally ignored and multiple times you fill find items missing. For example if you order idli vada they will miss vada and as always the option of calling them is not available. These guys can do better if they understand and respect customer requests
We have visited this place multiple times. Once we had our breakfast at the self service which was good. We had their idli which was hot n soft, dosa was a little too oily chutney tasted just ok. Their Chaat items are decent but a little too spicy for my pallet. We once also visited their service hall which was very crowded and very ill managed. The food tasted very very average, and service was also bad.
They miss some of the ordered items repeatedly. Just today morning I ordered 2 plates idly vada and 1 plate idly. They sent only 1 vada instead of 2. This has happened many times.
Not a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is not maintained. Had to ask for replacement for almost every cutleries. The service response is not that good. And I don’t where do I start about the food quality. Totally disappointed. A Sunday wasted because of poor food quality. The ambience is also quite cramped. Over all a total disappointment whit this one.
idli was not cooked properly.
We had ordered chole bhature. Bhature was literally floating in oil the worst one I ever had all expectations fell flat. North Indian thali was good. Milkshakes were upto the mark. Will be too crowded during weekends. Masala dosa is a much try I feel.
