This place serves maharastrian dishes and if you like spicy food, then this place is for you.We tried Paneer Pasanda which was a paneer dish cooked with onion and tomatoes and lots of chilli. As suggested by the waiter, we opted this for starter, but this dish is more like a curry to be enjoyed with roti. It was very spicy, if you like spice then give this dish a try. The paneer was very soft and I like this dish, but not as a starter for sure.We also tried Malvani Chicken. Again lots of spice with an onion gravy. It was like a proper ghar ka chicken curry. A good quantity sufficient for two people. For desert, tried Shirkhand which was quite nice.Wanted to try Puran Poli, but unfortunately it wasn’t available for the day.Over all a good experience. Service was super fast

Peat and fire located in the heart of JP Nagar is a perfect pitstop for Maharashtrian cuisine lovers!Soothing ambience with comfortable seating and music played on tv kept me relaxed. As a welcome drink we ordered lassi, a badam flavored one, indeed it was one of the best!Paneer malai kofta and mushroom tikka was our appetizers for the day , both of it had a perfect pinch of spice and all ingredients were at a correct proportion. We ordered butter naan, stuffed baingan and jeera rice for our main course.Stuffed baigan was spicy and tasted so good along with butter naan.Jeera rice was as usual , nothing special to mention!Staffs were friendly and polite, Service was quick.Prices are affordable and with Zomato gold it’s even more cheaper!Highly recommend!

Went to this place as it has a Zomato Gold option. Was not much crowded on a Sunday evening. Ambience is OK. Service was laid back and should be improved.Misal Pav was good. Murg Pahadi Kabab was delicious. Chicken Thaali was great and sufficient. Need to visit again for tasting the Marathi dishes.Visit 2 – Chapati and chicken keema was delicious but spicy. Paneer Tikka was good.

Had dinner here on a Sunday night , we were craving seafood and happened to spot this place , no much sea food options on the menu , but enough to serve our purpose that night . The place Is well Interiored, very less but friendly staff, our order was served quite quick. We’d ordered a fish gravy , fish fry and white rice . The gravy tasted below average, with almost no salt , but to see the bright side the fish quality was very good also the fish fry awesome. It’ll be nice if the restaurant could work on the fish gravy and the taste of if , apart from this everything was great .

Great food with authentic Maharashtrian taste. It is also pocket friendly when you use the Gold 1+1.The only setback is the quality of service. The service is very slow and they need to be reminded that you have ordered something and then they realise that ok there needs to be something coming on your table. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get the appetizers and then another 10 minutes for the main course.Great food but let down by the service.
