Been to this place recently when we were in Bangalore. The place is similar to the Udipi restaurants, serving authentic, vegetarian South Indian food. The dosas at this place are awesome. The seating area is also decent, good for both families and friends. A casual place to go if you stay in that area.

Absolutely delicious! Ghee and cashews in the mouth with some sweetness ! One of the best kesari baths I have eaten ! A must try at Chaithnya Delicacy.
The place is a life saver for working class people like me. This is where I go for my every day breakfast. The food is great and the service is quick. They provide array of south Indian breakfast options to choose from. The Chinese and north Indian food they serve is also delicious. I have been here several times now and never have I left less satisfied.
