Went for Poila Baisakh special buffet. The spread was lavish and took us through the streets of Kolkata.Food:The food included Bengali cuisine along with Kolkata special Biriyani and Chinese. The street food stalls included Ghugni, chats, rolls, phuchkas, Chops, just to name a few. Food was tasty and worth the occasion. Huge variety of desserts, with almost 8 variety of Rasgullas.Ambiance:Soft Bengali music and staffs clad in Dhoti Punjabi and Laal Par sari took us 2000 km back to Kolkata.Loved the event and thanks for the initiative.
