A very centrally located hotel in Brigade Road. Very clean and excellent rooms. Dining experience was good. Buffet dinner was excellent specially the mixed veg poriyal. The lunch alacarte we had too was good barring the palak paneer had taste of undercooked palak with added haldi as an afterthought. The taste of haldi was overpowering. The service is very good!

Stayed here for around 5 days. Complimentary breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. Although i have not tasted the buffet lunch or dinner, but the room service items that i had asked were quite good. Though of course, its not the place to chill out, because its just a restaurant in a hotel. For chilling out, there are a lot of options nearby.
Horrible place . suggest not to come here .. The food is average , service is average and ambiance sucks . plus the food is priced high just because its located in brigade road I think .
Worst place in brigde road.. Place stinks.. Never ever suggest anyone to go der.. From where they have hired cook i don’t know.. Everything is waste from soup to barbeque chicken or biryani.. Waste of money
Monarch s advantage is convenience. And, disadvantage is its not a word of mouth advertised place. A mid segment hotel in the middle of a shopping mall in Brigade rd, downtown Bangalore – monarch will attract guests only if they have someone visiting. Food is average – among the non veg platter chicken basket masala is good. Over all, a median affair.
