Ridiculous and self serving, the management thought that people come to hotels like these to eat a buffet and fill their tummies. Could they be more wrong?! These guys are cheats – the actual restaurant is under renovation, & they have turned a dingy little banquet hall into the interim Northern Gate. Is this the experience I wanted when I chose it for a special day out, no for sure. Why didn’t they tell me anything about this at the time of reservation – because they knew it’d be too late once I had parked my car and stepped in. I don’t know what restaurant I am rating here because I could never be there. The food, ambiance and service was typical marriage fare indeed – forgettable! This rating is for the class of people sitting on the Management of Gateway – you are the cheapest, negative rating to the thugs who put the customer below everything else.
