We went to Rim Naam for my birthday and it was a serenely beautiful experience overall with such EXCEPTIONAL service !!! Loved each and everyone who attended us from the start till the end. Everyone was extremely professional and so welcoming which was great. Now coming to food- everything was good EXCEPT for the presentation part of it.. since the menu is on the higher price point I would expect my food ALSO to be visually worth it. So I really think Rim Naam should focus on the presentation of the food! they serve it direct from a simple white bowl just stacked on top of the other ! That’s it and that’s not how it should be. I hope you guys will look into it. Other than that everything else was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for having us 🙂
Rim Naam is one of the sweetest place to be, especially if you are celebrating something special. The staff is courteous, the food is out of this world and the ambience just takes your breath away. Went there on my anniversary and they treated us to a complimentary dessert which was as tasty as the gesture was sweet.

The service is top class right from the security at the gate to the Janitors. Want to impress your loved ones head straight here. Kudos team Oberoi.
