I went here while keeping high expectations. Undoubtedly the ambiance will not betray you in that. You get an awesome view of Bengaluru city from this 16th floor top. But I felt they were super slow. We ordered simple non veg platter and a drink but had to wait for almost 30 mins and when they served it was almost cold. Basically when you are paying high you expect the justified service as well. Food taste was not something that will stick to your tongue for longer time. It was average . So my experience was not that great but yes the ambiance is fantastic.
The only thing I like here is the ambience and the decor. But if you are looking for some good food with some great drinks then this is not the place. I don’t like at all any of there food. And staffs are very very slow. It’s too much costly just because it is in ub city. If you want to get the view and ambience then you can go, but if you are looking for some good food also then this is not at all recommended from my end.
Long time due, finally ticked off the list !! One of the most popular destinations for rooftop dinner in the city. So having high hopes of a wonderful experience was natural. Visiting on a weekend means you pay 500rs for entry fee (apart from cover charges). I was offered a nice comfy indoor sitting as per availability where i could have a good look of outdoor dance floor.Food quality was good though there were very limited veg options. Drinks were good too. What spoiled the mood was the poor service of the restaurant. Staff didn’t look much interested in taking orders. Talking about the ambience, indeed it is good but the view of the city from the open area isn’t worth the money you end up paying for an otherwise very standard dining experience. Crowd and music was good. It’s a different experience but may not be the best rooftop dining place in the city.
Loved the place . We had fried rice , mee goreng , peri peri chicken , beef steak and some dessert . Price is ok . Service also ok . Food is ok except the beef . It was tough like leather . Impossible to cut or chew . Let alone swallow . We have given special instruction not to dry up the meat . Yet they messed it up . Other than that everything else was fine . Ambience great . Loved the view . At the console other than DJ Ivan , every other DJ messed it up .
TBH it was the ambience and the experience than the food which is to be considered. We had been on a Sunday night, music was good. There is a cover charge of 1000 which is redeemable and 500 entry fee.
Skyye, on the 16th floor of lavish UB City. A place with brilliant ambience and colourful flooring.Love the vibe, winds blowing in the hair and lovely music. The staff is also extremely polite and go out of their way to make you comfortable.Somehow the food was very average, the starters didn’t live up to the expectations at all. The pasta was nice, tried the veg and the chicken.The Sangria was my favourite, loved every sip. Perfect served. Overall a nice experience.
