Anyone who follows me ardently would know I am not much of a chocolates or desserts person. So this review of a chocolate brand might come as a surprise to quite a few of you. However, this is a brand I’ve been following from quite some time now. My first encounter with Zoroy Chocolates happened quite a few years ago, when I was presented a custom-made gift box for judging a college fest.Recently however, I came to know that their factory outlet is located pretty close to where I stay, so I was privileged enough to be able to visit it and try out quite a few varieties of chocolates.SHORT REVIEW:Delicious handcrafted chocolates in the purest form possible, made with the best ingredients and at a fraction of the price which other luxury brands charge! What more do you want! Oh, and they customize the packaging to your liking as well.DETAILED REVIEW:Their regular range chocolates are priced between INR 40 to INR 80 a piece, while their purist collection bars are priced at around INR 200 for a 60gm bar. The purist range consists of dark chocolate with cacao nibs in the range of 70 to 90%. These are made from stone crushed, single origin organic cacao, sourced from the Malabar regions.Some of the chocolates I tried included:Karakrakine: This was my favourite of the lot, with some crispy, crackly texture and the right amount of sweetness.Centre Caramel: This one was a melt-in-the-mouth burst of caramel balanced with the smooth taste of chocolate.Pistachio Passion: Something quite unique in their range, it is a bit hard to pinpoint the exact nut used, but slowly the pista flavours come to the fore as you take a few more bites.Almond Praline: This chocolate had a whole almond in it as well as an almond butter filling, with the slightest tinge of salt to add balance to the flavour profile.Berry Sparkle: This is a chocolate suited for kids and berry lovers, and is a bit on the sweeter side.Bhoot Jolokia Chilly: This bar from the purist range was my personal favourite, partially also due to the fact that I love the Bhoot Jolokia Chillies. It is neither too spicy, nor too sweet. Both the flavours kind of balance themselves pretty well.Malabar Coffee: This again is a dark chocolate from their purist range, and has subtle hints of the famous filter kaapi, my second most favourite flavour from this range.Noir 70%: People who love their dark chocolate bitter would prefer this bar. However, it is still a thousand times better than the Amul Dark Chocolate range.Legend 90%: Interestingly, the 90% tasted less bitter than the 60%, or maybe I was expecting a high bitterness quotient from this.OVERALL VERDICT:Dark chocolate has never been something I like, but with Zoroy, my entire view on dark chocolates changed. Would I recommend the bars? Absolutely! Would I buy them again? Hell yeah!

This place bang next door to church street social also also some of the unique home curated chocolate delights like Malabar coffee, Masala Cha, pistachio a d almond variants. They also make customized chocolates with photo prints , chocolate bouquets on order basis and deliver it in super cute packagings. The interior setup is minimalistic but Instagram worthy. This place has so much to offer!We got a chance to taste their chocolates, we tried from milk chocolate to 100% dark chocolate!Tried Berry sparkle, Almond praline, Pistachio passion, Caramel centre!All these chocolates were too good, but my favourite was Almond Praline, the pure almond filled chocolate!Ever heard chilly chocolate? Zoroy chocolates are one of the chocolate been to manufacturea in India.We are love chocolate don’t we? One good thing about them is that they have thier own factory and get the Indian cocoa to make the chocolates.They had a huge varients of chocolate flavours and they have done it using cocao butter which is very excellent.Tried thier Karakarine, almond Praline, caramel center, straberry and real pistachio flavoured chocolates which are really excellent.They are accept orders, for varying the chocolate percentages like 70%, 85% like that. And they give customized packaging which I felt I excellent.
An awesome place to order some chocolates. They prepare different kinds of chocolates and they prepare it well. Customized boxes and sweets are available at this place.I have tried theirBerry sparkle,Almond praline,Pistachio passion,Caramel centre,Karakrakine chocolates.They do make organic chocolates as well. Good for health.They were soo good. There were white as well as dark chocolates. They even customize to your needs, the percentage of chocolate flavor you want in your chocolate, the size of box needed and all. They have a lot of clients even.Lovely place. Try it out.Food- 4.9/5

Zoroy is the go to place for a luxury chocolate gifting experience. They have great packaging and an amazing team to help you choose what you want. Their Purist range is absolutely fantastic with every ingredients sourced locally. It’s all organic. I loved the chilli and malabar monsoon coffee flavour chocolates which absolutely blew my mind.It was a wonderful experience learning how exactly chocolate is made and tasting some chocolate too.
