I pass by this bakery very often and this Christmas season i bought a plum cake and found it very very tasty and authentic. I do not like the Plum cakes available in the super markets and always miss eating good quality plum cakes during Christmas season. I am planning to visit this place again before the stocks exhaust!

Fresh and heartyThis bakery is one of the oldest is Bangalore. I happened to visit this place for an afternoon snack. Ordered the spicy chicken keema sandwich and the Spong chocolate cake. The sandwich was excellent and loaded with chicken. Priced at 50 bucks, it was a steal. There are other savouries such as beef roll, veg puff, chicken hotdog, chicken burger and patties. They have a wide variety of plum cakes, cookies and pastries too.

One of the oldest family run bakeries we are fortunate enough to have in Bangalore. We often visit after a meal at the equally legendary Tom’s Restaurant to have a nosy around the supermarket-cum-bakery. Some very unique items available both in terms of pastries, rotis and bread as well as general grocery foods which are not easily found, e.g. Apricot Real Fruit Juice which was a rare find! The bakery counter has plenty to choose from, sweet and savoury, and will certainly take many down memory lane in terms of the ambiance of the place. No seating; only takeaway.

Amazing place. Freshly baked items are available always. Staffs are very hospitable and ready to help us out any time. Finest places visited ever.

Wanted to visit this place from quite a long time as I had heard and read rave reviews about this place. Finally visited the place after hearing that it would be very soon making way for Metro construction. The Bakery is located inside the super market. They serve, Mutton samosas, Chicken samosas, Cutlets, Rolls, Sandwich along with the usual bakery items which other bakeries serve. If you want to have any of the savouries fresh and hot, morning times are the best to visit. Prices are reasonable. Service needs a lot of improvement, the lady at the counter wasn’t even bothered to heat the cutlets and samosas until I insisted upon.
