Foody’s is one of the budget friendly place for SJC students. It’s close to the college and has a long cheap menu. Their aloo cheese paratha is very yummy. Chaats namely dahi Puri and samosa masala is excellent. It’s a self serve place. Jeera rice is also nice as it doesn’t feel so dry as in most other places. But they take a lot of time to prepare food. Anyways it’s always our spot for a quick bite or cheap lunch.Food: 4.2/5Service: 3/5Ambience: 3/5Value for money: 4/5
Had been to foodys after hearing lot about it. I had kulcha with Dum aloo Hyderabadi . It was probably one among bad dishes I had. The kulcha wasn’t having any taste. Dum aloo was below average.
Went here because it was in the vicinity and I was super hungry.Tried Masala dosa and coffee and the bill was only Rs. 52/-.Masala Dosa was good and pretty heavy, although it could have been a little more crisp.The coffee was nice enough for the price paid.Next time went and tried Paneer parathas, and they will remind you of that ghar ka khana.Yet to try the chats though, but they looked super delicious.Update: Tried aaloo paratha and baby corn paratha.Both are nice though I couldn’t really taste baby corn.Update 2: Went to have Plain dosa, it’s a must have. Crispy and tasty.

Pocket friendly restaurant, foods are okay , average. But you can definitely try their chats, pani puri , dahi puri and other North Indian dishes, which you can’t find any where in Shanti Nagar. Ambience is busy all the time. They recently revamped their restaurant. Self service and they are pretty much quicker than the other restaurants. Food 3/5Ambience 3/5Pocket friendly!

It’s like your daily food hub, you can have your everyday meal here. Don’t expect any good fancy vibe. Food is above average. Roti curry, samosa, chat items are good. Paratha is not good at all. If you order aloo (potato) paratha, there’s very less of it in the paratha. Same with other parathas as well. Place is always crowded but you will get place to have your meal so no worries there.
