People be aware that they don’t deliver the food above 1km distance( their new rule ). I’m a regular customer for the last two and half years, there was a time we ordered food continuously for 3 months every single day. “ HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE OLD CUSTOMER ASKING THEM FOR HOME DELIVERY AND THEY SAID THAT NO DELIVERY TO MY PLACE, WHERE THEY DID A HOME DELIVERY 4 DAYS BACK.”
Taste of the available food is nice, but service is quite disappointing..they take ages in getting your order and most of the times half of the items not available.
I had ordered food online. It took almost an hour to deliver. Also the packing was very bad, All the raitha and curry got opened and spilled off, The food taste was good.Please improve the parcel packing
I have ordered for the food at 2pm and even after 3.45pm I haven’t got the food. When I called the restaurant to check this the manager responded very casually that the food will be delivered in 2-3 mins. But when I started to say that its almost 2 hours he disconnected the call. I called back again and asked whether this the way you run a restaurant he said yes. Such a damn attitude guy. For any business, If they cannot answer a customer properly then that would be their end. You cannot move ahead guys with this attitude.. Though the food is good, this poor service and egoistic attitude negates everything. If they don’t change Magic packs can pack their bags to hometown. All the best guys. ImVharshad
