Authentic taste like ghar ka bana khana, no added masala in puri aloo, parantha, kachori, paneer bread pakora. No extra oil in fried food. pocket friendly
(1) Food was not delivered on time by Zomato.(2) Chutneys was missing with Samosas.(3) We ordered for 18 Gulab jamun but they deliver only 14 gulab jamun and 4 dark colour of jamun which I feel not considered as Gulab Jamun.(4) Separately order 12 Samosa, but delivered 10 samosa and 2 kachori which was waste for us,(5) Very bad co-ordination from the Shop guys and Zomato.(6) It took 2 hrs for food delivery and delivery boy was not following the map location. The actual distance between shop and delivery location is less than 1 km.Overall very pathetic service and food from Zomato and Pandit Ji
For sweets, its better than Anand Sweets and others . But for snacks like Chhole Bhature and Dahi Bhalla, its worst. I tried Chhole Bhature twice in their DLF outlet and everytime i am getting something different. First time, they served 1 plate chhole in two plates i.e. four pc of Bhature. Second time, Chhole was cold and uncooked. Sweets like Laddoo, Rasgulla are the best here compared to Anand Sweets and others.
This is second time I am horrible experience.They accept the order n after sometime I get a call from Zomato that restaurant will not be able to dispatch my order for some unknown reasons.If they are unable to fulfill their delivery then should make themselves inactive on Zomato or permanently get removed from Zomato or any other food delivery services.Horrible services
