I ordered death by chocolate few hours ago for my dads birthday and to my surprise this is the cake I received in hand.. as soon as I opened the box the cake is damaged and melting I asked the delivery boy abt it he said that wen I received the cake it was like this.. I asked him to replace he said call customer support.. there was no call option only chat option is there.. I messaged saying the cake I received is damaged they say give us some time neither the delivery boy or restaurant people are picking up the phone.. it’s 30 mins I messaged them
