We wanted to have sushi so we decided to go to You Mee. The place has a nice ambience and the service was good too. We had the sushi platter and bao, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a great place for asian food, just a tad bit expensive. But surely a good place!!
This Place prepares one of the best sushi in town and the Ramen here is what stands out the most with all the flavours blending in and quantity was quite good for 2-3 people .
Youmee restaurant located next to Punjab Grill at Forum Shantiniketan mall is the talk of the town for its great far eastern flavors. We were a large group and unanimously decided to have far eastern Food. You Mee’s has a great selection of Sushi and Dim sums. We tried few Dimsums – ‘Classic Prawns Har Gow’, ‘New York Cheese and Chili oil’. In Sushi – ‘Godzilla Roll’, ‘Prawns Tempura’ and ‘Avacado, Mango, and Black Rice’ sushis were delicate and palate pleasers.. The five-spiced ‘Chicken Star Anise with crispy Horenso (Spinach)’ was in more familiar territory and went well with steamed rice. Some of us tried the Ramen bowls as well which is a meal by itself. Can serve as a great healthy weekday lunch option. Would highly recommend for either a leisurely evening with friends and family or a quick working day lunch .
Heard a lot about this place from a friend and made it a point to visit here for dinner during my trip to Bangalore. I was surprised how the place creates a cozy ambience in the evening. Most recommended if you love sushi and you want a chill evening.I tried 4 portions of sushi and I was delighted by the variety in the menu. The dimsums were tasty too.Must try: Tuna Tataki and may be you could try some bacon/pork as they have extremely yummy options too.Time to visit: Evening after 7pm only 🙂
So I decided to have some sushi and then thought of trying this place out. So it has beautiful decor with indoor and outdoor seating area. Walls have Japanese comic strips and it looks very beautiful and authentic. So the waiter who was serving us was probably new and didn’t have knowledge about the menu, we had to tell him the order at least 5 times and ask whether it’s a maki Or not. Everytime he was misleading and confusing himself and us. It is the duty of the manager to train the staff before they start working. It was very annoying and dissapointing. The only reason I’m rating it 4 is because of the food. The pork dimsums were absolutely delicious and even crazy cajun sushi with a button of wasabi on the side. I didn’t like sushis or had a wrong concept of it after I had tried it first time at a wrong place but this sushi was amazing, changing my concept of sushi forever. I just loved it.
An amazing and a beautiful place in Orion. The best Japanese I’ve had in a long time. Since I’m veg, I was a, little skeptical of the food. However the place didn’t disappoint me. I ordered the ramen bowl ( there’s only one veg) and a you mee garden dragon sushi. They were excellent. The ramen had the right balance of spices and the food was exquisite. Definitely worth another visit!
The sushi is a must try here. Prices are on a little upmarket but worth every penny. I’m definitely coming back for the main course and dessert guys. Thank you for a wonderful experience
