I called him several times but did not respond properly.Food id not hot and it is too spycyFood is not tasty and quality is worst. I recommend not to try this hotel.
The ambience was good. Service was lukewarm. I had ordered a Kerala meal. I was expecting a chapatti/poori/parota to start with but was served boiled rice with vegetable curry and other side items like pickles, curd, papad etc. I was a little perplexed and was too shy to demand anything. So I sat through the whole meal and cleaned up one item after the other. My table manners were tested a little as I use spoons and forks rarely. Moreover the meal is better when had with our hygienic hands. So, I finally had the payasam, which was a little cold and tasted okay. The food could’ve been a little more warmer. Didn’t feel like they specialized in Kerala cuisine honestly.
