I rate a place for what its worth w.r.t the locality, distance from CBD, availablity of other options nearby and what one can expect from restaurants of the same genre. So RK Garden doesn’t fare bad in its category of glorified dhabas. Walk in and first thing, don’t forget to smile, share pleasantries with the staff. You are assured of great hospitality thereon. Quick service, dedicated family dining area, inexpensive booze, good Biryani, spicy pepper mutton and mind blowing Andhra chilli chicken. Roti and accompanying gravies are generally good, just remember to let the waiters decide for you. No fancy speciality cuisine here. No unwanted niceties and polished stewards. Just good enough for a booze binge with friends. Occasionally might have to put up with few boisterous upcountry folk celebrating an odd birthday or splitting the spoils of a real estate deal.

This is a popular watering hole for not so trendy people outside Bangalore. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. So is the alcohol. The place is bussing with People at a times and it has individual huts for more privacy. The Roti’s and the briyani are excellent as were the mutton fry and egg bondas. The prawns were the only ones that let us down. The services is fast and efficient if not pleasant. Forget the ambiance and visit for the food if you going towards tamilnadu from Bangalore.
Good location and food’s are really good. Its located near NH although ambiance is good. Must try Hyderabad chicken biryani and lolli pop. Liquors are available at affordable rate.
A simple hut shaped placed giving an authentic look.Awesome icecreams and chicken biryani at a very economical price.Sundaes are a must try
