The place, setup and the entire journey to get this place is all good. But, the service tad average. We were a group of 40 on a weekday for hi tea and dinner. Got in, found none for our welcome. We had call up and get a POC. Post which welcome drink was a flavored drink. I’d say avoid this. The entrance and the Cave within are well structured and feels like a wonder. Might think the amount of time and money that they would’ve invested in creating one such thing. Hi Tea – Drink of your choice which was too watery. And a snack. Luckily it was Bhajji with loads of oil on it. There’s N number of activities which are all well maintained. The guy at the sports activities reception does not speak in Kannada, Tamil or any regional language you speak yet, he speaks broken fake accent English to please us all. Rain dance! Yes, good until they stop water. Dinner menu and the quality of food was tad average. Considering the amount that was collected per person. The food was bad IMO. And, above all service is very bad. We’ve had a POC who wouldn’t listen to any of our queries. Never would I visit this place again. Yes this is worth a visit. But, never ever with a family for sure.

An OK bar in an unusual cave setting. There is not much in stock, but the ambiance makes it feel different. After a tiring day of activities in resort it is nice to chill out with some drinks here. They also serve the Buffet breakfast and dinner for room guests very close to this. Just to satisfy ones curiosity, this place is worth a try
