Used to be the favourite place for the entire family for good 10 to 15 years for chines food , never bothered to change the restaurant all these years. Now I will never ever go back there again. Went last month on the 15th April. The Food has deteriorated so badly just non edible. Our family favourite was the Chilli Pork, Prawn Dimsum, Cantonese Chilli Chicken & Rice & Noodles. They have been telling that the China Town is under renovation , but when spoke to one of the old staff, they had another answer. Such a shame to lose one of the good Chinese restaurants in that Area.
37 china town dishes out Oriental inspired cuisine at a very attractive price point with largely personable and efficient service. Most of the food here tastes good and they’ve been consistent with their standards the many times I’ve eaten here. The rice and noodle dishes are served in large quantities and are the best value for money here. Overall, this place is great for asian-inspired food at a good price but just don’t expect authentic Chinese cuisine.
Ordered veg wontons. Was served chicken wontons. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.Would suggest you to think 10 times before entering this place.Average ambience too
Well when I had been to this place it was under renovation. They used the venue of aromas of South. Well, the sides were good. Was not really happy with noodles. Maybe I’ll visit again to re write the review. But as far as first experience I thought it could have been way better.
Happened to be in Bangalore for a short trip and visited this place for a meal. The Chinese is really good. I’d say you can order any dish. But the quantity is an issue. The dishes taste good but may not be like the other times you’ve ordered them. So beware.
Good ambiance . They serve amazing chilli chicken but they need to improve on the menu. It’s lacking certain things that people prefer in a Chinese restaurant. Management is fine they were kind enough to give 15% discount without even asking.
Had been there with a cousin of mine for a weekday lunchThe ambience is normal & compact, not much to talk about. Completely empty. We were the only people in the restaurantThe food is not bad, but nothing excitingWe ordered 2 mojitos, which were bad. Wouldn’t recommend. For starters we had special chilli chicken which was quite good. Then we had ginger garlic fish, which was the best dish that we had there.. Very hot and good masala. The pork chilli which was insisted by the waiter, was bad. Wouldn’t recommendThen we had mutton in oyster sauce, the waiter told its sliced lamb, but it was shredded and extremely oily. Couldn’t eat more than quarter of it. Oh yes! We got complimentary chicken momos, which were really goodWe were too full with the starters, so didn’t go for main course. Wouldn’t mind trying again. Quite a long menu they offer.Price/dish is about 290-300, it being in a lavish hotel was expected to be expensive
