Caprese is one gorgeous fine dining restaurant located in the heart of the city.I was here to attend a Cooking Masterclass by Chef Lorenzo. Chef Lorenzo is from Italy and has curated a special menu for the entire month of November aptly named An Italian November To Remember.The cooking demo was followed by an exquisite lunch and wine tasting by Santa Margherita wines.We tried some lip-smacking delicacies like Wild Mushroom Risotto, Burrata Caprese Salad, Chicken Spiedini and Handmade Cappelletti filled with Beetroot puree, Chicken Milanese and more. It was indeed a pleasure to indulge in some authentic Italian cuisine and learn more about the intricacies involved in its preparation.Last but not the least, the breathtaking view from Caprese was the icing on the cake.
