Service was not quicker .The food I had ordered was a hot and sour soup which tasted great with babycorn Manchurian which tasted a little sour,fries which were crisp,for main course we had ordered mushroom masala which tasted good with stuffed kulcha which was great combination,we had ordered jeera rice which was okay okay.we had to wait almost 15- 20 mins for the bill which was really bad..
I have seen this unit many times on the main road, yet never went their. Once people started talking and I heard positive reviews from my brother, then I got courage to try their hospitality.The unit is huge, with multiple area options to choose from. We opted for open air – as the weather was soothing. The beer was fine, served chilled Food service was slow, inspite of very few customers. Kalmi Chicken was very good, served in twenty minutes; while veg kebab was extra salty and took more than 35 min to serve. Dal was nice, roti was served hot, the crispy way we wanted.Overall we spent around 2hrs here, since it was our timeNote – they don’t have ash trays There is a new Manager, who is not polite. Noted many instances of his rudeness with staff & customer service Staff is courteous Our bill – 1500+ with alcohol for two
Both service and food is horrible. Ambience is not that great. Food is very spicy and I’m sure it’ll upset your stomach. Not recommended! Only good thing here is you’ve ample amount of parking space.
The staff here don’t believe that they are running a business, they behave as if they are running a hotel for charity. Very slow service and arrogant staff. Never ever recommended for even a small meal.
Masala is very near to me.. and i usually go here. But never felt this is very good place to hangout with friends. Ambience is good and the problem with the service and with their attitude moreover the food is also just below average taste. People can visit here if you don’t have any option.
