They don’t know how to make good Sambhar. This restaurant has been at this place from quite some time but the food has never been good.It is always just average. The taste somehow is just isn’t there. Now you might find this hotel always filled with people but that’s not because of the food but because of the location.Taking example of Sambhar normally at all places it’s hot but here cold.I have tried many items but nothing tastes good just average.Food taste needs to be improved a lot.
I had ordered idlis from this place. The place is always filled with customers at any given time of the day. The service can take some time but the food is cheap and of good quality.
Found cockroach in dahi vada ordered. After complaining also they have not removed remaining dahi vada from the counter. Worst breakfast restaurant in the surrounding.
The food is pretty good over here. The great thing about this place is that it is in the open, and fresh air is always circulating. They make the food fast, and it definitely is filling. We have had the gobi manchurian and the dosa and vada with sambar and chutney. The quality of the food is much better than the other places over here. At least, it’s true for it’s price range. If you don’t have too much money to spend, and if you like vegetarian food, then this place is definitely for you!
Decent food and pricing. Value for money in the vicinity for breakfast options(Compared to adigas in the area which charges 35/- for two idlies)
Went to this place hoping to have some decent breakfast. And what did we get? Breakfast, sure. Decent? In terms of atmosphere, sure. In terms of food quality, sure again. But in terms of flavour — not for me. We had idlis and vada. The vada was good. Crunchy, crispy, and huge — just what you’re looking for in a vada. The idlis were softer than I had grown used to in other places. The chutney could pass off as chutney. But the sambar was not for me. It was sweet, and as someone proud of her spicy tongue, this was a let down. The place was not too big, but not too crammed either. Heads up though, it’s a popular spot and it gets full fast. They have a few high tables so you can stand if you choose to. It’s not the kind of fancy restaurant you’d go to for a quiet meal with friends and family. Instead, it’s one of those fast-food-like places where you grab a table, eat, and leave before you bump into someone else hunting for a place, carrying their plate.I had coffee after a long break, and it was better than most places I’ve tried. The best part of a breakfast here? It’s quick and economical.
Idly Sambhar – 3.5/5Upma – 2.5/5Kesari Bhath – 3.5/5Coconut chutney – 3/5Decent place fr an economical early morning south indian breakfast. The juice counter was closed 🙁
