When called the receptionist has no clue about the order and on top of that behaved like they are doing a favour by serving me.Never ever going to put any order here and I will suggest others to refrain if you value your time and money.

This place doesn’t deserve one star also! I should have known when I saw the reviews. So many complains that I don’t even know where and what to begin with! The lady who speaks to the customers clearly does not know how to deal with customers and their problems without using abusive language. Worst of worst service received. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Firstly, we don’t get the food we order and we don’t know who’s problem it is. Secondly, when we want this solved, it is address by this lady who doesn’t reveal her name for obvious reasons and abuses us. You guys need to set things right and apologize for this horrible behavior before people stop ordering from you guys all together!
The customer service executive is TERRIBLE.We ordered food from this place last night the food wasn’t delivered. On trying to get in touch with the customer executive of Zomato they put us on conference call with the customer service executive of this restaurant, a lady. A foul mouthed one, accuses us of lying about the food not being delivered. A matter of this nature can be discussed but she decided to go overboard and abuse the customer using foul language. Recordings of which we have requested Zomato to release. This kind of a behaviour is unacceptable. Zomato customer service has mentioned that they have escalated this issue. But we demand apology from her for her behaviour and the filthy language she used. Never have we experienced this horrible service from any restaurants or be it anywhere else. Pathetic customer service. Why have a restaurant when you don’t know how to treat your customers?
This place I have went first time it will be a last time I ordered Chicken biriyani and chicken Kaba it came to table it was no taste at all I feel like waste of money and time biriyani is lower Then lemon rice where people get in the road side in very chep no value for money at all at last I have spoke to ladies I feel she is the honer of that place I told her about food she answered me nothing no costember service at she is not happy to see the costember that is the mean witch I got kabab is blody in side I was not happy at sajust this place please don’t waste your money and time very poor managment no haigen at .
Had worst exp. with this restaurant. I have ordered Kolkata Chicken Biryani and Sorshe Rui curry. To my surprise they serve cold biryani with an half uncooked green color potato. There was no egg. Probably the biryani was the leftover from the previous night. And there was no sorshe (mustard) in the fish curry. It was an ordinary curry curry. But packed with fresh onions & a piece of lemon.
Worst food I have ever received! There was dead cockroach in sabji that I have ordered and also the fish was rotten ! Think twice before ordering from here!
