Wanted to clarify certain things.I ordered a chicken Biryani from Zomato’s latest ‘meals for one’ section where till 50% discount is the highlight. (Paid 140 rs, this was my second order from the restaurant)1. Biryani rice is plenty, enough for one person2. Taste is good3. However, they will serve only one chicken piece, & if not of decent size, you’d feel like you’re only having biryani rice4. There’s no butter milk (in the option section in ‘meals for one’ it’s mentioned as a biryani combo with butter milk, refer photo) served, they never send it.So, if they aren’t going to send butter milk, will only serve one chicken piece (remember I ordered same dish more than once from here)- then why mislead customers with false information? 53% discount offered implies that you cut down food quantity & remove items even if they are listed as part of the offer on Zomato? Both Zomato & the restaurant need to come clean on this.
I ordered Chicken biryani combo. First of all inspite of mentioned on zomato, restaurant didn’t gave buttermilk. Upon calling to restaurant, they replied by saying, they can’t give it in the price of 140. You have to buy 290 biryani. Interesting thing to note here is zomato says, this biryani is of 290 and after discount of some 53 % we are getting it for 140. So this something is not right here. Also, there is only one piece of chicken..which is just ridiculous. Its not worth buying from this restaurant..I ask zomato for a refund
