I had made an order in this restaurant through zomato. When it did not arrive after 1 hr, I tried to get the status from chat support, after 15 minutes on chat support they informed that they would not be able to deliver. If delivery cannot be made I expect the call to come from the restaurant rather than for me to find out after 1 hr. This is not the way to run things.

Ordered Prawn salad and what I got looks like grated lettuce and onion soaked in some kind of white liquid which tastes so bad that I couldn’t even eat one spoon of it. Very bad. It doesn’t even look remotely similar to Insalata salad. Never order from here folks. Red flag!! Moreover the box wasn’t sealed and restaurant staff says that they don’t seal it at all.
Alla Firritana Pasta – Creamy and less cheesey with handful of spinach served with penne pasta. Mild but tasty, a must try pasta here. Garlic bread not as expected. Also it’s little expensive for its size and for what it offers.
