Cake was tasty usually I love cake from French bake
I have placed on order through app by unlocking Zomato Gold for the following items -Two Veg Sandwich, Veg Burger, Fruit Falooda and Two Veg Mini Pizza (One Pizza is free for Zomato Gold). After 30 to 35 mins i got a ordered food in that i have received only Two Veg Sandwich, Fruit Falooda. Now the missing items is Veg Burger and Two Veg Mini Pizza. Delivery agent informed me to call to the store and then had a discussion with the store staff, after multiple calls, they said it will be delivered at my place by the store person – again waited for another 25 to 30 mins for the missing items. Store staff brought the missing items – Veg Burger and only one Veg Mini Pizza was delivered out of two Veg Mini Pizza. It is pathetic service from the store people. Food provided at the second time was not fresh at all, felt bad for ordering from this restaurant. They have added more sauce and cream for every items like Pizza, Burger and Sandwich. Please respect the customer and i appreciate the effort of Zomato staff for resolving my issue.
The chicken sandwich is filled with sausage or hotdog, not regular chicken. This was not clear anywhere in the menu or made clear upon ordering. After ordering chicken sandwich, it is disheartening to see undercooked sausage pieces and cucumber mush in it. Even more sad is the attitude of the staff who just doesn’t care
quality well maintained
Although i had ordered online and not visited in person, writing this review with that perspective. I had ordered a choco truffle cake but upon trying it doesnt tasted anything like choco truffle. I can surely say it wasnt a choco truffle. Taste was average nothing to compliment about. The cake did not seemed to be fresh. Also upon delivery cake was bit damaged from one side.
Veg Cheese Burger was not good today as it used to be.
