I ordered white and black chocolate waffle with Nutella from Mad Belgian Waffle with extra Nutella!I thought if i m paying extra 60 rs for nutella they will send me a Nutella dip separately! But to my surprise they hv just put a layer of nutella inside waffle only!Also they only sent me dark chocolate waffle when i order dark and white choclate one! Little disappointed!

The waffles here are a must try ones! And it comes in a very cute package. They packed the waffle with good care. I ordered the overloaded chocolate waffle. It was really overloaded with chocolates (even white chocolate chip were also there)
I have ordered waffle and I got swiggy packed . And it’s nutty waffle .Am not at all happy with the quality . It’s simple waffle baked and added chocolate flavour too of it and that we have to find is this same what I ordered
I ordered the strawberry cheese blonde.. it was below average. the waffle is crumbly and has a cake like texture and is not freshly made waffle. I will not be coming back for more.
The restaurant has been very unhelpful while reviewing an order where they made a mistake. I had ordered two waffles and they sent only one. Even after that when we called back they were not at all helpful. They tried to make it sound as if they were not able to listen to the calls . The restaurant didn’t refund the money for the half order also. Have to say they’re very poor professionally. You guys really need to review your staff and also the way you handle your order and the way you respect your customers .
